    The Mannsdale Reading Fair will be Tuesday, October 24. We would love for your child to participate in this optional project. Guidelines can be found under this headline and examples of boards can be seen on our library page. Winners from each category advance to the District Fair at Central Office on Thursday, November 16.

    It is time to place your yearbook order! This year, MES and MUES will each have our own yearbooks. We have the option of pre-ordering our yearbooks from Josten's website this year. A Makerspace is a learning environment that encourages tinkering, play and open-ended exploration.   • New Mannsdale Traffic Pattern

    Beginning the first day of school, all students should be dropped off in the morning and picked up in the afternoon through the new Mannsdale entrance down Hwy 463, just beyond the old entrance.

    There will be two traffic officers directing traffic flow. ONLY staff and buses will be allowed to enter through the old entrance. Students will be dropped off in the front of the school.

  • 21st Century Community Learning Centers Grant

    PUBLIC NOTICE INTENT TO APPLY

     

    Madison County Schools, Office of Federal Programs, will apply for funding through the Mississippi Department of Education 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) Grant. This announcement serves as public notice of our intent to apply. Our application will be designed to expand services to federal funded schools in the district.  If awarded funding, Madison County Schools will disseminate information about the 21st CCLC program in a manner that clearly states our goals with information accessible from the district and individual school websites and through local news resources.  We invite comments and partnerships as we work to improve the services offered to our students.

    Reporting Lost or Stolen Laptop
     
    Students will be allowed to take their device home including the holidays.  Please be aware that we will not be providing technical assistance during this time.  If your laptop is lost or stolen, you will need to contact the police immediately and fill out the Theft Form to report it to school administration.  Parent/guardian will be responsible for full replacement cost of laptop if not reported to MCS personnel within calendar 3 days of missing the device.
