Returning MES and MUES students please click on the link to complete registration for the upcoming school year.

If you attended Mannsdale Elementary or Mannsdale Upper Elementary School last year, please fill out this form to register for the 2020-2021 school year. Please send this form and one utility to Mrs. Soucie by May 26, 2020.

If you have moved since the last school year, there will be additional paperwork to complete in order to complete your registration for the upcoming school year. You will be able to come to the school and complete this paperwork after the shelter in place order has been lifted.
