    Always an adventure

    Dear M.A.U.E. Parents and Students,

This week brought a close to our Virtual Learning for this school year.  While this is not the ending, I was hoping for, I must take a moment and recognize the hard work of all of our faculty and staff and of course, our students and their supportive parents!  Thank you for showing your winning Jaguar spirit and for pulling together to make the conslusion to our school year the best that it could be!

We are still accepting residency verification information from our current 3rd and 4th grade families.  They will also be on our school's website.  Do not return to the plastic bins once completed since they contain your personal information. Please either mail to the school, call and make an appointment with the school to come by and drop off, or scan and email to katwood@madison-schools.com.

5th grade parents need to visit the MMS website and click on "6th Grade Choice Sheets Instructions" and watch a video by Mrs. Bouchillon.  This video will share where to turn in your residency information at MMS and will explain changes in the choice sheets and course offerings for the 20-21 year.

***Don't worry 5th grade parents, I promise that the MMS administration, faculty & staff are going to take care of your sweet children!  While we will miss our 5th graders tremendously, I am confident that they are going to LOVE attending Madison Middle School!

8:00 - 10:00 3rd grade parents will drive through the front loop

10:00 - 12:00 4th grade parents will drive through the loop

12:00 - 2:00 5th grade parents will drive through the loop.

You will remain in your car and pull up to your child's teachers' tent.  You will collect their belongings, collect yearbook (if purchased), 3rd Grade Play DVD (if purchased), report card, and you will need to turn in any library books, and check back in your chrome book - DON'T FORGET THE CHARGER!.

Again, you will remain in the car but we will happily give out 'air hugs' to you all!

The PTO will also have a tent set up to turn in any donated money from the raffle fundraiser. Nurse Gina will also be there to return any medication to parents who were not able to pick up their child's medication up to this point.

I hate that this year is quickly coming to an end and is not the ending I would have hoped for, but we are going to make the most of this situation and will continue to encourage and support our Avenuers as we transition to the summer.
