Self-efficacy reflects confidence in the ability to exert control over one's own motivation, behavior, and social environment.

 

Elementary:

 The Power of Yet.  Sesame Street and Janelle Monae teach the power of the word "yet."

Middle/High:

The Great Who I am Worksheet. Grades 9-12  Analyze who you are and why you matter (Positive Psychology).

Who I Am Grades 9-12  Increases efficacy by making the respondent more aware of himself (Positive Psychology).

Three Things Worksheet Grades: 4-5, 6-8 (Positive Psychology)
