Education

I graduated high school in Little Rock, Arkansas and received an Elementary Education degree at Belhaven College, where I focused primarily on math courses. Even as a child, I knew I wanted to be a teacher. I managed my own grade book and the smartest stuffed animals around!

 

Experience

This is my 23rd year of teaching and my 16th year at MMS. I have also spent numerous years tutoring math at a variety of levels.

 

Family

My two sons, Riley (11 yrs) and Ryder (9 yrs). Our other children are Duke (black lab) and Rowdy Roux (golden retriever).

 

Interests

I started playing golf a few years ago and got hooked. My favorite hobby is playing pool. I have traveled to many exciting places to compete in national tournaments.
