About the Teacher / Classroom

  • Hi jaguars! I'm so excited to be a Madison Middle School JAGUAR! Im a life-long Madison resident and graduate of Madison Central, so being a jaguar is home for me! I attended college at the University of Southern Mississippi where i was a Dixie Darling and pledged Kappa Delta.  I also attended Mississippi College where I earned a bachelor's in social studies education and master's degree in School Counseling.  Mississippi College is also where I met my husband, Danny Bouchillon, or better known as "Mr. B"

We have two sons, Brady and Anderson.  Brady loves all sports, fishing, technology, and reading.  Anderson loves all animals, gardening, baseball, basketball, and is always the life of the party.  We have two cats, Tiggy and Fancy.  My favorite things to do after work are shopping, gardening, working out at Burn Bootcamp, watching my sons play sports and watching any Madison Central sports - I love being at JAGUAR!

I started my career in 2005 at Velma Jackson High School, where I was a teacher, cheer coach, and then counselor in 2008.  In 2012, I transferred to Germantown Middle School and just loved the middle school age! I gained my National Board Certification in 2012.  I love being a counselor and I'm so happy to be a Jag! My hope and goal is to help you and your student navigate through new opportunities and choices provided in middle school.  We are going to have a great year!
