Welcome to the GMS PTO website. We are excited about the upcoming school year! The PTO Executive Board Members are busy planning an exciting year for our students and staff.

Germantown Middle is one of the fastest growing and ever-improving schools in Mississippi. With the help of our GMS Leadership Team and the PTO, we have 3 goals for the 2021-2022 school year.

Student Achievement - Our #1 goal is to make sure every student is successful in the classroom. Staff/Teacher Support - It's important as a PTO to support our staff and especially our teachers. The staff keeps GMS moving forward while our teachers teach our students in and out of the classrooms. Parent Involvement - The PTO would like to see more parent involvement at school. The PTO is aiming for better communication throughout the school year. Parents can only get more involved when they know what is going on at school.

Overall, the PTO is here for our students, staff and parents. We strive to be a part of one big family and allow the community to invest in our school and especially our students.

Middle School is a big deal for all the students. It's a time for the students to grow and have more opportunities to participate in school activities and parent involvement is more important now than ever. The more involved and connected you are to your child’s school, their friends, and other parents… the more engaged you are in their daily life. Your presence and involvement are critical to the success of our school and this community!
