Welcome to second grade!! We have many wonderful experiences planned for the year.  With your participation in and out of the classroom, we can look forward to a productive and fun year together.    

 About the Teacher

I received my bachelor's degree from Mississippi State University and my master's degree from Belhaven College.  I am excited about teaching second grade at Madison Crossing Elementary.  This is my seventeenth year to teach and my fifteenth year to teach second grade.  I have been married for 15 years to Jake Donald and we currently live in Madison. We have three children, Avery (11), Liam (9), and Jules (3). Avery is in sixth grade, Liam is in fourth grade, and Jules will be 4 in November. They keep us busy, but we love every minute.  We enjoy going to MSU games, traveling and spending time as a family.  I am looking forward to this wonderful year!
