Welcome to 6th grade math! My name is Angela Traylor, and I am very excited to be your child's 6th grade math teacher this year! Math is my favorite subject, and I am looking forward to helping your child learn and grow in this class. We are going to have a great year together! I will communicate weekly assignments, homework, and any other information about this class on canvas.
A little about me:
I graduated from Madison Central High School, and I got my bachelor's degree from Mississippi College. I have experience teaching 7th grade math and 4th grade all subjects. This is my first year at Madison Middle School, and I am very excited about being here! I have 4 kids, one who is a sophomore at Ole Miss (JD), a 4th grader (Ashlyn), a kindergartner (Alyssa), and a little boy named Drew who beat us all to heaven at age 6 years old. I'm married to my husband, Michael, and we also have a Vizsla dog named Oakley and a turtle that we've had for 15 years!
