    Welcome to 6th grade math! My name is Angela Traylor, and I am very excited to be your child's 6th grade math teacher this year! Math is my favorite subject, and I am looking forward to helping your child learn and grow in this class. We are going to have a great year together! I will communicate weekly assignments, homework, and upcoming tests on canvas under modules. 

    A little about me:

    I graduated from Madison Central High School, and I got my bachelor's degree from Mississippi College. This is my 7th year to teach in Madison County and my 2nd year at Madison Middle School. I took off some time to stay home with my kids, but I am very excited to be back! I have 4 kids, one who is a junior and cheers at Ole Miss (JD), a 5th grader (Ashlyn), a 1st grader (Alyssa), and a little boy named Drew who beat us all to heaven at age 6. I'm married to my husband, Michael, and we also have a Vizsla dog named Oakley and a little turtle that we've had for 16 years!
