Hi!  I am coming to Velma Jackson High School with 17 years teaching experience, which began on this very campus when, now Shirley Simmons Middle School, was Velma Jackson Middle School.  All of my teaching experience has been in Math and Science (mainly in the middle school setting), and this will be my second year teaching High School Math. I will be teaching the upper level math courses. 

I am excited to announce that this year Velma Jackson will be offering AP Pre-Calculus for the first time!

I am looking forward to this school year, and continuing to watch the Falcons fly!
