My name is Summer Ables and I will be teaching Spanish I for the 2023-2024 school year! While this is my first year at Germantown, I am not new to the district as I graduated from Ridgeland High School. I earned my degree from Millsaps College where I majored in the Spanish Language and Literature along with Business Administration. 

I am súper passionate about Hispanic cultures and love getting to know them first hand through travel! I have spent time in Mexico, Costa Rica, Honduras, Chile, and Peru. 

We are going to have an amazing year aprendiendo el idioma más bonito del mundo! :) #spanglish
