It is an honor to lead M.A.U.E. I am looking forward to a wonderful 2023-2024 school year.

I earned my Bachelor's degree from the University of Mississippi in elementary education in 2004 and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Mississippi College in 2014. I have been in education for 17 years. I am beginning my eighth year as an administrator. Prior to becoming principal at MAUE, I was an assistant principal at MMS for seven years and a literacy specialist for three years. I also served as a teacher in Madison County, Jackson Public Schools, and Jackson County School Districts.

I have been married to my husband, Jon for 17 years. We have two children, Audrey who is a sophomore at Madison Central and Jon Andrew who is a fifth grader at MAUE.
