Welcome to 3rd grade!

   Hi friends! I am so happy to welcome you to the new school year! My name is Mrs. Dillard, and this will be my 5th year teaching and my second year here at MCE. I am so excited to meet each and every one of you. We will create many memories this coming year as we learn and grow together. My number one goal in my classroom is for each one of my students to feel loved and as an important part of our classroom family. I will foster those important relationships daily through team building and collaboration with others. I am excited to work as a team with each of my families to foster this environment as well.
