  • Hello all, I am Matt Crowder, and I am entering my second year of teaching and coaching baseball at Germantown High School. I am a Madison native and a 2017 Madison Central graduate. I played college baseball at Hinds Community College and Blue Mountain Christian University.I have a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Business Administration, both from Blue Mountain Christian University. I spent two years coaching college baseball, 2022 at Blue Mountain and 2023 at East Central Community College. This upcoming school year will be my fourth year to coach baseball.

    I have grown up in Madison County Schools my whole life. Both of my siblings are also graduates of Madison Central. My brother was a teacher and coach in the district for 6 years. My mother has recently retired from Madison County Schools with over 25 years of teaching in the district. I come from a family full of educators and look forward to bringing what I have learned from them into my own classroom. 

    In the 2024-2025 school year, I will be teaching College Career Readiness (CCR-A) while also coaching the 9th grade and high school baseball teams. Go MAVS!
