Caleb Upton

  • Welcome, I am an Algebra 1 and 2 teacher for Germantown High School. I am also an Assistant Coach for the Germantown High School baseball program. I have been a member of the GHS family since the 2023-2024 school year.

    Before Germantown, I spent four years as the Head Coach of the Brookhaven Academy (Brookhaven, MS) baseball program while teaching a plethora of subjects across mathematics and other disciplines. Prior to Brookhaven Academy, I spent two years as an Assistant Coach for the Hinds Community College (Raymond, MS) baseball team. Before Hinds, I spent one year as a Volunteer Assistant Coach for the baseball team at Mississippi College (Clinton, MS). 

    I am a graduate of Mississippi College where I received my Bachelor's degree in Mathematics Education and my Master's in Athletic Administration. Also, I received an Associate's degree from Hinds Community College in Education. 

    I grew up in Natchez, Mississippi where I attended and graduated from Cathedral High School. My wife Ellen and I have been married since 2020, and we are both excited to be a part of the GHS family.
