• Hi Titans!

My name is Adam Frazier, and I will be teaching English II (sophomores) and ACT English this year. I also coach cross country.

This will be my 19th year in education, and my 15th year in the Titan Zone. I love being a Ridgeland Titan!

Two big questions you might have:

    1. Will this class be difficult?

Certainly . . . We work very hard in class to prepare students for the end of the year MAAP English II test. There is a high level of rigor involved, but I will be available to guide students throughout the coursework every step of the way. I want my students to have a strong literacy background for future high school academic courses and for life after high school graduation. I love my students. I want every single student to be successful in English II. I want every single student to be well prepared for life.

    2. Will there be much homework?

Fortunately . . . No. We work extremely hard in class to accomplish all of the English goals for the day. I prefer to accomplish all of our goals in class because I can be available (in person) to students, and I can assist with anything students may need. If I do assign homework, it will be a special project or to finish work that we began in class.

I'm really looking forward to a great year!
