• My name is Shawanda McGruder. I have a B.S in Psychology, a Master of Arts in Teaching, and a Master of Arts Special Education. I have been in the Madison County School District for 19 years. I am so excited to be part of the Germantown Middle School Mavericks.

    I am the proud mom of two sons, Cornelius and Nathan. Cornelius graduated from Germantown High School in 2021.  He is now serving in the United States Army.  Nathan will be a junior at Germantown High School. I am also a Munty( Mom/Aunt) of two wonderful nieces, Clairice and Edrea.

    I am geared and ready for my new adventure.
