Thanks for visiting my page! My name is Lt Col John Aaron Sullivan, USAF (Ret) and I am so excited to be here. I currently serve as the Senior Aerospace Science Instructor for our MCHS AFJROTC Program.
I am a native of both Madison and Rankin counties. I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Seattle Pacific University in 1998 while on an AFROTC Scholarship at the University of Washington. I then received my Master of Science degree from the military’s Air Command and Staff College in 2010.
After traveling the world as a Special Agent for the USAF, I retired in 2018 and returned to Mississippi. My wife Marleigha, son Seth, and I, are so excited to be back home and part of the MCHS family.
Teaching is my passion and I look forward to working with our AFJROTC cadets. They will learn and participate in Aerospace Science, Leadership skills/opportunities, activities such as flying drones, drill, color guard, physical fitness, college/ACT prep, and marksmanship.
