Germantown Middle

Hi! My name is Jessica Griffin-Hoover and I am proud to be a new member of the Germantown Middle School Maverick family! I am from Vicksburg, Mississippi and have been teaching for 15 wonderful years. More importantly, I am THRILLED to be your 8th grade English Language Arts teacher! I am honored to be your teacher and I hope to learn about each of you, but first let me tell you a few things about me. 

I have a true passion for working with talented minds. I take pride in helping each and every student succeed. I am married to James Hoover and we live in Gluckstadt. We are a blended family and have five children. One of our daughters is teaching English in Japan and our son attends Mannsdale Upper Elementary School. 

I am looking forward to this upcoming school year and I can't wait to see you!
