Hello! My name is Matthew Gordon and I will be teaching at Germantown Middle School for the 2022-2023 school year, as well as serving as the assistant tennis coach for Germantown High School. This is my first year in the Madison County School District, but it is my 6th year in education. I spent 2016-2022 working down on the MS Gulf Coast working with Biloxi Public Schools teaching 7th grade math. I was also the Head Tennis Coach for the previous 6 years of the girl's and boy's tennis teams. 

I have a wonderful wife, Caroline Gordon, of 6 years who is also going to be a teacher in the district at Mannsdale Elementary. We are blessed to have a nearly 2-year-old son, Cooper. We are also expecting our second child, a girl, in late August! We have a 3-year-old German Shepherd named Luke as well.
