    Mrs. Allen's Class

    Cecily Headshot

Hi! My name is Mrs. Allen. I will be your child's second grade teacher! I am so excited about beginning this new adventure at MAE as a teacher. My classroom will be a safe and positive educational environment where each student can grow to their full potential. I want each student to be able to create, collaborate, and communicate their ideas. This is going to be such a great year! I cannot wait to meet each of you!

I grew up right here in Madison. I went to school in the Madison School District and graduated from Madison Central. "Go JAGS!!" I graduated from Mississippi State University, "Go DAWGS," with my bachelor's in education. I have taught first grade, third grade, and fourth grade. This will be my 12th year teaching!

My husband and I live in Madison. We have two fur babies, Magnolia and Finnley, that I will most definitely talk about a lot. Some things I enjoy in my spare time are: going to the beach, spending time with family and friends, playing games, and painting.
