    Let me start off by saying how THRILLED I am to be your child’s teacher this year. We are going to grow and learn so much this year!I look forward to our learning journey together throughout the year.

    A Little About ME

    My name is Karen Arnold and I have been married for 15 years to my husband, Shane. We have three wonderful children. Aiden is 14 and in 9th grade.  Anna Claire is 12 and in 6th grade. Hunter is 5 and going to Kindergarten.  We enjoy spending time together and taking vacations every year.

    • I went to Holmes Community College and then I got my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Mississippi College.
    • This will be my 12th year of teaching. In those years, I taught 2nd grade for 10 years and 3rd grade for one year.

    Meet Mrs. Ainsworth

     

    Hi! I'm Mrs. Ainsworth!                                                                        Kim

    Welcome to 2nd Grade. I am EXCITED about being able to experience this school year with you and your child. My mission is to make this the best year. First, I plan on doing my best to meet each child's individual needs. Second is to make this a fun learning environment. I want each child to love reading, writing, and doing math.

    Let me introduce myself to you. This is my 9th year at Madison Avenue. I am a 1992 graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi in Pre-Professional Psychology. I have been married to Danny Ainsworth for 18 years. We have a daughter who will be in the 11th grade this year. I have 2 dogs and one cat. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family.
