•      Welcome!! This is my first year at Germantown High School and my eighteenth year teaching. This year, I will be teaching AP Physics, Physics, and Chemistry. It is my hope that all of my students leave my class prepared for college with a thirst for scientific knowledge and as a scientifically literate member of society.

I graduated from University of Louisiana at Monroe (Northeast Louisiana University) with a B.S. in Toxicology with a minor in Chemistry and from Southeastern Louisiana University with a M.Ed. in Educational Leadership, plus over 30 hours towards my doctorate in Educational Leadership.

    Mission Statement

“Learning science is something students do, not something that is done to them. In learning science, students describe objects and events, ask questions, acquire knowledge, construct explanations of natural phenomena, test those explanations in many different ways and communicate their ideas to others.” – National Research Council, National Science Education Standards

I'm excited to be a part of Madison County Schools and a Maverick!!!!!
