Welcome to 6th grade Science in room 604 with Coach DuVall. I am looking forward to getting to know each of my students this year and partnering with parents for a successful school year! I will begin year 3 of teaching and coaching at Germantown. I earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree from William Carey University. I played volleyball at William Carey and was awarded Champion of Character for the SSAC, and later became a Student Assistant coach at William Carey University while attending graduate school. I will be entering my seventh season of coaching. This will be my third season coaching at GMS and assisting with softball at GHS. While coaching at GMS, I along with Coach Taylor and Coach Trel led the lady Mavericks volleyball team to win the Little 6 Championship for the 22-23 volleyball season. I am eager to bring my work ethic to the classroom, and I look forward to teaching your kiddos! My philosophy is there is always room for growth, and I look forward to watching my students’ grow and learn throughout this year!
