Confirm Website Access
- Student/Parent/Guardian must sign in with his/her Blackboard (MCS website) account. If you do not have one, you must obtain a Blackboard (MCS website) account. Click the "Register" button at the top of this screen. Follow the instructions to create an account.

To purchase a parking permit, please complete the following steps:
STEP 1: Select the Parking Slot selection (View a map of Parking Slots)
- Seniors August 2nd - 3rd
- Juniors: August 4th
- Sophomore: August 5th
Online Parking Decal selections will be closed on Friday, August 13th.
Starting Monday, August 16th, Parking Decals will be pre-assigned.
STEP 2: Complete RHS Parking Agreement
STEP 3: Make Payment for Decal
STEP 4: Provide a copy of Driver's License and Proof of Insurance Card to the Front Office.
