    All transcripts must be requested through the following link.

    It is the student's responsibility to make the request. Athletes will

    use the same link to have transcripts sent to NCAA.

    Make sure to request your final transcript after graduation.

     

    Order Credentials from Parchment

     

    The transcript contains all high school semester grades and ACT test scores. The transcript is considered official if it is stamped, sealed and mailed directly to the institution from MCHS.
