Teaching is not what I do...it's who I am! This is my 27th year at Madison Avenue. I started my teaching career in kindergarten, moved to first grade for 9 years, and 9 years ago I came HOME…{yay!}...to kindergarten! I am married to my wonderful husband, {Steve}. He is an Aviation Safety Inspector for the FAA and was a helicopter pilot in the MS Army National Guard. We have a daughter, {Teresa}, who graduated last year from MCHS, and are in the process of adopting {Bryan}, who will be a senior this year. We have *ten* dogs:
Max...Rocky...Dollie...Lela...Ike...Teddy...Millie...Huey...Thelma...Louise
...and we lived in Madison for a long time, but moved to Morton over 9 years ago. I enjoy baking, card making, crafting, gardening and reading!
My goal is to instill a love for learning in my students that will stay with them forever! I am so excited about working with you and your child! It’s going to be a year full of fun, learning, and lots of adventures! I can't wait to see what else the year has in store for us!
