Welcome to the Academy of Healthcare Excellence!
I am Jamie Hoerman and I will be teaching Health Science Core 1, Core 2 and Health
Science Clinical Services 2 this year. This is my fourth year teaching at Germantown High School, third year as an assistant volleyball coach, and first year as an assistant track coack.
A little about my background. I graduated from University of Kansas with my
BSN and I am a registered nurse. I have spent the last fifteen out of eighteen
years working as a nurse in the Intensive Care Unit and Emergency Room. My
family and I moved here from St. Louis, MO 4 years ago and we have been
blessed by so many people since. My husband and I have been married for 17
years. We have 3 children and are excited to say that our oldest daughter is a sophomore this year at GHS. Samuel is an 8th grader at GMS, and Aaron
is a 5th grader. We have two dogs named Murphy and Newman
My passion is people and I love being a nurse! I am very excited to hear what
your plans, thoughts, and ideas are for the future of healthcare. We are going to
have a fun year!
It is going to be such a blessing to get to work with the students this year.
