    I am excited about starting my fifth year of teaching and my first year at Germantown High School. I will be teaching World History, US Government, and Psychology.     About the Teacher 

    Mr. Fuqua graduated from Scott Central High in 2009. He then received an Associate in Arts from Hinds Community College in 2011. In 2014, he graduated from Mississippi College receiving a Bachelor in Music Education. While in college, Mr. Fuqua was inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. After college, he was a band director in the Copiah County School District for two years. Recently, Mr. Fuqua has spent the past two years teaching all social studies courses at the Mississippi School for the Blind in Jackson, MS. He enjoys history, music, board games, and basketball. Mr. Fuqua lives in Clinton, MS and attends Morrison Height Baptist Church. He has been married since 2013 to Daria Fuqua and has one son, Elijah, who was born in 2017.
