Welcome to Madison Middle School.  A little bit about myself...I am from Shreveport, Louisiana, but my husband, Trey, and I have previously lived in Starkville, Washington, D.C., and Baton Rouge. This is my fifth year at Madison Middle, but have previously taught 4th and 5th grade ELA at Camden Elementary for six years in Madison County. This is my 21st year teaching, and I have loved every minute of my teaching career.  

Trey and I have three children: Jack, Catherine, and John Allen.  We are a true house divided as my husband and sons are Ole Miss fans, and I was raised an LSU tiger, and Cate is now a tiger fan, too.  My family is very busy participating in sports and activities that we love: baseball, tennis, and gymnastics. We also love traveling to Oxford and Baton Rouge for sporting events. In addition, we are active members of Madison Heights Church. 

I am always so excited to begin a new school year, and this year is no different. It's a great day to be a JAG!  LET'S HAVE A GREAT YEAR!!
