Welcome to 2nd Grade!            Welcome back to the Jazzy Jackson class page! Let me start by saying that it was very difficult for myself and I know the students and parents, trying to remain positive and safe during this Coronavirus Epidemic and continuing to be positive and safe. We have completed the 2019-2020 school year and I must say, even through distant learning, my students continued to amaze me through their participation of Zoom Chats and Accelerated Reading. Thank you to all my parents for working with my students to get all their packets turned in by the due date. Also, thank you for continuing to log in daily to our Zoom Chats and continuing to encourage the students to READ, READ, READ! I have enjoyed preparing my 2nd graders to become in the mindset of a 3rd grader, pushing deeper into our College and Career Readiness Standards and in their thinking in an engaging way. Our class was FULL of learning through hands-on, fun, and thought-provoking activities. I look forward to hearing about al the fantastic things they will do in the future!
