I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. I am Mrs. Valarie Leonard, your child's Kindergarten teacher. I'm beginning my 24th year of teaching. I received my Bachelors of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Alabama A&M University and my Master's degree in Elementary Education from Belhaven University. I am thrilled to work with you and your precious child. We have a very exciting year in store for us. Your child will learn many wonderful things!
I'm a proud mother of two. They bring my husband and I so much joy! I know you love your children just as much as I love mine. I will treat your child as if he/she were my own. Please know I'm truly passionate about children and will be giving them my very best. I am dedicated to serving my students while supplying each student with the necessary tools they'll need to succeed.
