Hello, Welcome to your 11th grade year at Germantown High.  I will be a resource teacher and Inclusion teacher in English III, American History, and Algebra II.  I am excited to support and guide you through your year.

    About the Teacher

My name is Christie Cook.  I am originally from Tupelo, MS.  I taught in the Tupelo Public School District for 16 years and in the Lee County School District for 5 years.  This will be my first year as a Germantown Maverick.  I received my bachelors degree from Blue Mountain College and my masters degree from the University of New England. I have two older step children, Robbie and Krys, which has given me 6 grandchildren and 1 on the way.  I have two daughters of my own, Lynsey (16) and Amanda (14).  They will be attending 9th and 10th grades at Germantown High. I love sports especially softball.  I'm a former slow/fast pitch softball coach from Shannon High School and Tupelo High School.
