Hello, Welcome to your 12th grade year at Germantown High. I will be a resource teacher and Inclusion teacher in English IV, SREB math and Essentials to College math. I am excited to support and guide you through your year.
About the Teacher
My name is Christie Cook. I am originally from Tupelo, MS. I taught in the Tupelo Public School District for 16 years and in the Lee County School District for 5 years. This will be my 6th year as a Germantown Maverick. I received my bachelor's degree from Blue Mountain College and my master's degree from the University of New England. I have two older stepchildren, Robbie and Krys, who have given me 6 grandchildren. I have two daughters of my own, Lynsey (21) and Amanda (19). I have a new grand baby that was born August 28, 2020 named Aubrey Faye. 

Lynsey and Amanda graduated from Germantown High. I have four dogs Oreo, Bella, DJ, Boo. I love sports, especially softball. I'm a former slow/fastpitch softball coach from Shannon High School and Tupelo High School.
