    Hello, Welcome to your 10th grade year at Germantown High.  I will be a resource teacher and Inclusion teacher in English II, Geometry, and Biology.  I am excited to support and guide you through your year.

    About the Teacher

    My name is Christie Cook.  I am originally from Tupelo, MS.  I taught in the Tupelo Public School District for 16 years and in the Lee County School District for 5 years.  This will be my fourth year as a Germantown Maverick.  I received my bachelor's degree from Blue Mountain College and my master's degree from the University of New England. I have two older stepchildren, Robbie, and Krys, which has given me 6 grandchildren.  I have two daughters of my own, Lynsey (19) and Amanda (17).  I have a new grandbaby that was born August 28, 2020 named Aubrey Faye.  My Family Lynsey and Amanda graduated from Germantown High. I have four dogs Oreo, Bella, DJ, Boo.   I love sports especially softball.  I'm a former slow/fastpitch softball coach from Shannon High School and Tupelo High School.
