Welcome to the school year 2022 - 2023! It is with great enthusiasm to welcome you and your child to music class at M.A.E! I look forward to working with you and your child as we have fun learning and performing music!

About the Teacher

My name is Jerome Hawkins and I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experiences of music with everyone. It is my belief that a well-rounded education starts with the Arts. I received my Bachelor and Master of Music Education degrees from Jackson State University...go Tigers! I enjoy performing, on the violin, with the Mississippi Symphony and with other musicians throughout the Jackson-Metro area.
