Welcome to Rosa Scott!  I am looking forward to an exciting, productive and successful 24-25 school year!

I am currently in my 15th year of teaching.  This will be my 9th year in Madison County Schools, all of which have been here at Rosa Scott!   I am a graduate of Jackson State University where I received my undergraduate degree in Biology (pre-med) and my Master's degree in Biology (science in teaching).  I currently hold a Mississippi Teaching License in Mathematics, 7th - 12th; Biology, 7th - 12th, and Physical Education, K - 12th.  This year I will be teaching Algebra I and Foundations to Algebra. I am also the 9th grade girls' basketball coach. I have two wonderful children:  Dewayne (16), Deanna (14) and a precious fur baby, Lexi (3).
