What is learned in high school, other than “basic building blocks of education” that you will enhance in college or a trade school, is how to persevere through something. Sometimes it is a problem or project in a class that you push through to complete. Sometimes it is a course itself that you press through to pass. You are required to do all of these things in high school in order to show the next level of life, and yourself, that you can commit to something and that you will succeed at finishing it.
Completing high school is not about the coursework: that is just the path. It is about integrity, grit, perseverance to do your very best in all that you do. That is what we will work on in my classroom by way of learning and practicing Geometry concepts.
For more information about the course, please see your child’s Canvas page for Geometry.
