• Coronavirus Distance Learning Information

Fortunately you are all used to finding your assignments on my website. That will continue. I have put together packets for you to pick up at the school beginning Monday, March 23rd if you don't want to have to print all the papers at home. They are in order. If you have trouble staying organized, please number the papers to help you. Once each assgnment is complete, take a picture and email it to me. Please put the title of the assignment as the subject. You will also continue to complete interactives. Please refresh my website each time you visit it to make sure you are doing the most updated assignments.

My office hours will be Monday-Friday from 9:00-3:00, but I will be available to you after office hours as well through email and remind.

Thank you so much for your support and cooperation during this time of transition. Please don't hesitate to offer suggestions if you have any.

    Welcome Message

This is my 22nd year teaching science and my fifth year at Ridgeland High.  This year I will be teaching physics and chemistry. I love my Titan family and am looking forward to a great year!

    About the Teacher

I am originally from Jackson and currently live in Fondren.  I have two precious daughters who are both Titans. After school each afternoon, I teach fitness classes at the Flowood YMCA and Starke Fitness.

I graduated from Brandon High School in 1993, got my B.S. in pharmaceutical sciences from Ole Miss in 1997, and received my M.Ed. in Biology from MC in 2008.  I am national board certified in early adolescent science.  My endorsements are physics, chemistry, biology, and general science (7-12).
