I am a graduate of Mississippi State University. This is my 26th year of teaching and eleventh year at MCHS.  I was the yearbook/newspaper adviser and Introduction to Journalism instructor at Ridgeland High School for 11 years.  Prior to my years at RHS, I taught drama, public speaking, English, and advised the yearbook and newspaper staffs at Erwin High School in Birmingham, Alabama.  

My husband and I are the proud parents of two daughters who keep us busy.  Our life is good, and we love Madison. I am proud to be a member of the Madison Central High School faculty and would like to welcome our new students to the jungle.
