I am very excited to be working at Ridgeland High School as one of it’s  Biology teachers and the Biomed Research teacher. I am proud to call myself a Titan. Even though this is only my fifth year to teach at Ridgeland High School, I am not new to Madison County Schools. I grew up through the Madison County School system and graduated from Madison Central. I attended and graduated with a bachelors degree in Sports Communications from Mississippi State University. I then went on to get my Masters in Teaching from Mississippi University for Women. This is my eighth year teaching, but my sixth year to teach Biology 1 and first year to teach Biomed Research. I have previously taught Human Anatomy & Physiology at Starkville High School and Biology and AP Biology at Laurel High School. I am currently the Student Government Association Advisor and the Head Tennis Coach. I am a newly wed to one of Ridgeland High School's graduates from 2004. I have lots of great reasons that make me proud to be a Titan. Any and all other information about my class and myself can be found through the Canvas website using your student’s login information.
