Registering Your Child at Madison Station Elementary School
Registration Information for 2024-2025 School Year
In addition to the documents listed below, please print, complete and return the following forms:
A child must live in the Madison Station School zone and be five years old by September 1, 2024 to register for Kindergarten.
New Kindergarten Students
What to Bring:
1. Mortgage document, filed homestead exemption, or property deed. If leasing, original home or apartment lease
2. One (1) current utility bills (gas, water, electric, cable, or internet). Bills addressed to a PO Box must have a visible service address to be accepted. Cell phone bills will not be accepted.
3. Certified birth certificate (no copies)
4. Social security card (no copies)
5. Certificate of health compliance (immunization form 121) issued by the Mississippi Department of Health or a local physician
6. A completed registration packet from above
New Students to MSE in 1st - 5th Grades
What to Bring:

7. Withdrawal information from the previous school attended
8. A copy of last report card
