    About the Teacher

    My name is Melissa (Missy) Jones.  I have been teaching for 23 years.  I have an Elementary Education degree with a Special Education Certification and I am a National Board Certified Teacher.   I have taught Kindergarten, first grade, third grade, and fourth grade.  I am currently the Resource Teacher for grades 6 and 7 for virtual learners.  My husband, Jeff, and I have three children ages 30, 28, and 26 and we have a 3 year old granddaughter.
