     Hi! My name is Ms. Barnes, and I am so excited to be your child's second grade teacher this year! This will be my eleventh year teaching at Ann Smith, and I could not be more excited for the year to come! I know this year has already brought many challenges to us all; however, I believe that is going to be an amazing year in education!! Ms. Izzy and I will work diligently with you as we ensure a safe and productive school year for your student. Second grade will be awesome no matter the learning situation.
