About the Teacher
My name is Kassie Johnson. This is my tenth year at East Flora Elementary. I graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in elementary education. I recently have received my Master's Degree in Elementary Education, and my Specialist's Degree in Instructional Leadership from William Carey University. I am originally from Brandon, MS, but now my husband and I along with our 6 year old son named Baker reside in Flora, MS. I am looking forward to getting to know you and your child in the upcoming school year. I know we will have a fun, educational, and overall fantastic time here at East Flora Elementary. I have so many great things planned, and many ideas to share with your child. I know how much you care about your child's education, and I will do everything I can to ensure their success. I know that together we can build a group of responsible, independent, lifelong learners. It is extremely important that we maintain a close relationship regarding your child.
