Hello parents,
I would like to introduce myself to you and express my sincere delight at being the 6th grade Resource Teacher at MADISON MIDDLE SCHOOL. I am very eager to be working with your child this school year and can't wait to help them reach their potential in our wonderful Special Education Program. I have been teaching for twenty-three years and have been teaching at MMS for the last ten years. I earned my BA degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing from Southeastern Louisiana University and later returned to S.L.U. for my Special Education degree and certification. I truly love to work with students that have disabilities and strive to help them achieve their goals. It is my desire to help your child be the best that they can be. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with your child this school year and look forward to meeting each and everyone of you.
I have lived in Madison since 2009. I have three wonderful children. Brennan, 27, is a graduate from Louisiana Tech. Bailey, 22, graduated in 2018 from Germantown High School with honors. She recently graduated from Ole Miss in May with a degree in Accounting. She is continuing her education at Ole Miss for one more year as she works on her masters. Braxton, 18, graduated from Germantown High School in May 2022. He plans to attend Holmes Community College in the fall to pursue a degree in Business Management.
