A Message from Dr. Mulhollen

It is an exciting time to be a Maverick!  I am so grateful to be part of the Mannsdale Elementary family.  I am thrilled to be the principal of grades K-2 at this wonderful school. I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our campus and our website.  I appreciate your patience with the traffic situation.  We are a growing, bustling and busy campus!  It is a joy to work with so many wonderful families from our community.

My husband Steven and I have been married for 23 years and have two children, Parker and Mallory.  We are active members of Broadmoor Baptist Church.  I love reading, walking, shopping and collecting children's books.  I started my career as a fourth grade teacher in the Clinton Public Schools then served as a librarian/grant coordinator at East Flora Elementary in Madison County.  I taught on the college level for several years training new teachers and supervising student teachers for both Mississippi College and Mississippi State University. If I can help you in any way, feel free to email me at emulhollen@madison-schools.com.
I encourage you to read with your child for at least 20 minutes a day.  Reading aloud is so beneficial. It is also important that you encourage your children to read to you.  I am passionate about teaching kids to love reading!  I look forward to meeting and getting to know each of you. I also encourage you to join the PTO.  This organization provides many "extras" to help make our school successful.  Please feel free to email me at emulhollen@madison-schools.com if you have any questions or concerns.
