    Welcome to Madison Central High School. I am very excited to be a teacher and coach at Madison Central High School and look forward to meeting all of my new students and having a fun and successful year in the Jungle.

    Mr. Cecil Hinds

    Welcome to Drug Education!
     
    My name is Cecil Hinds, and I've been teaching in the Jungle since 2011.
     
    I am a native of Trinidad and Tobago. I attended Belhaven University (formerly Belhaven College) on a soccer scholarship where I received my bachelor’s degree in Accounting. I started my professional career in 1999 coaching at NorthWest Rankin High School. I left there in 2009 to move to Gulfport High School for two years before moving here to Madison Central High School. I am currently the Drug Education teacher and the Head Boys’ and Girls' soccer coach at Madison Central High School. This is the start of my 16th year of experience in Public Education.

     

    I love teaching Drug Education and passing on the invaluable information to my students. I hope that this information may someday help my students make enriching life decisions to have a healthy and rewarding life. Please reach out if you ever have any questions or concerns.
