    My name is Elizabeth Huggins.  I graduated with honors from Copiah Academy in 2000. I attended Mississippi State University (2000-2004). I earned a bachelor's of science degree in Elementary Education (K-8). I have a minor in English. I am also certified to teach K-12 ELA. I taught kindergarten for 13 years. This will be my seventh year teaching second grade!!!! I am beyond excited!!!!! I have been a teacher at Mannsdale since the doors opened. I have participated in: the Kindergarten Conference five years, The MS Reading First Focused Instruction on Reading Skills conference, Kindergarten Reading Academy, Mississippi Teacher Renewal Institute, LETRS training, and Student Teacher Supervisory Training at the University of Southern Mississippi and Mississippi College. I have mentored and tutored after-school students in grades K-3.I have attended three MS whole school art institute conferences.I have been a teacher for 20 years!!!!
