    Mannsdale Elementary Registration

     

    Registration Information for 2018-2019 School Year

     
    A child must live in the Mannsdale Attendance Zone in order to attend Mannsdale Elementary.  This includes but is not limited to:  Red Oak Plantation, Hatheway Lake, Providence, Devlin Springs, Johnstone, Livingston, Ashbrooke, Hartfield, Grayhawk, Stillhouse Creek, Wellington and portions of Lake Caroline.  If you are unsure of the attendance zone in which you live, please call our front office or access the Madison County Schools homepage.
     
    New Kindergarten Students must be five years old by September 1, 2018 to register for kindergarten for the 2018-2019 school year.   
     
    What to bring:
    1. Mortgage document, filed homestead exemption, or property deed. If leasing, original home or apartment lease
    2. Two (2) current utility bills (electric, water, gas, land phone). Bills addressed to a PO Box will not be accepted. Cell phone bills will not be accepted;
    3. Certified birth certificate (no copies)
    4. Social security card (no copies)
    5. Certificate of health compliance (immunization form 121 - Must be completed by August 7th, 2018) issued by the Mississippi Department of Health or a local physician.
    6.  The following forms should be downloaded, completed and brought with you:


    Students New to MES in grades K-2

    What to Bring:

    6. Address of previous school attended; 
    7. Withdrawal information from the previous school attended;
    8. A copy of last report card;
    9. A completed registration packet from below.
