    About the teacher

I graduated from Xavier University of La in 1995 with a B.S. in Biology Pre-Med and a minor in Chemistry.  I received my masters degree in biology from Jackson State University in 1998.  I have 30 hours toward my Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts before relocating back to Mississippi.  I have been teaching since 2003.  I am currently the head boys basketball coach.  I am also an assistant football coach (Running backs).  Teaching in Madison County has been a wonderful experience (12th year).  I live in the Brandon area with my wife Rasheda.  I have two sons, Deonte who graduated from Ridgeland High and Terron who graduated from Madison Central.  I also have a daughter, Kayla, who attends Old Town (8th) .
