Employee Assistance Program

Employees of Madison County Schools and their immediate family members receive counseling services free of charge through the MCS Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
The EAP is a comprehensive program of counseling services coordinated through Region 8 Mental Health, including an initial assessment and up to four therapy sessions each year, free of charge. 
 
Services Include: 
  • Short-term counseling
  • Trauma debriefings
  • Crisis services
  • Marriage counseling
  • Grief counseling
  • Addictions counseling
